Academic is a non-commercial license for university researchers verified with a .edu email. It cannot be used for consulting deliverables or commercial reporting. Professional is a full commercial license for operators, consultants, and service companies, and includes OGMP 2.0 Level 4/5 onboarding support.
Yes. Annual plans are billed as a single invoice at the start of each year. The per-seat price shown is the monthly equivalent. The actual charge is that amount multiplied by 12. For Academic plans, this structure typically fits within a single grant line item.
