EMISSIONS INTELLIGENCE

Emission Insights
Backed by Scientists,
Powered by AI.

TetraSoft automates O&G emissions reporting, including ONGAEIR, GHGRP, and OGMP 2.0. Built by the scientists who developed MAES at METEC and spent years deploying it across real upstream and midstream O&G operations.

Wells, pipelines, and emissions facilities across Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma. No paywall, no login required.

Three tools.
One problem solved.

Atlas Dashboard

Well data, pipeline networks, and operator profiles for Colorado, Texas, and Oklahoma. No paywall. Built for researchers and regulators who need the numbers without a procurement process.

Emissions Reporting SaaS

Manual reconciliation eats weeks each cycle. Equipment inventories, emission factor tables, agency formats: the same data in three different shapes. Enter your operational data once. The software generates compliant ONGAEIR and GHGRP Subpart W submissions directly.

MAES Estimation

Standard emission factors underestimate facility-level methane by at least a factor of two. MAES models the physical processes: fluid flow, operating states, gas composition, failure mode probabilities. The output is a probability distribution, not a point estimate. That is what OGMP 2.0 Level 4/5 and credible methane intensity accounting require.

The science was always there. We made it accessible.

TetraSoft TetraSoft

TetraSoft was founded by Arthur Santos, Ph.D. and Jerry Duggan, Ph.D., both systems engineers from the CSU Energy Institute who spent years at METEC developing the measurement science the industry now relies on.

Arthur led the applied side of MAES. He worked directly with Chevron, EQT, Occidental, Civitas, CNX, Seneca, and MPLX, turning facility records into estimates that hold up in regulatory review. Jerry came from HP, where he built enterprise software infrastructure. He applied that background to making MAES production-ready: version-controlled, testable, and deployable at operator scale.

They started TetraSoft because operators kept spending weeks on reports that better tools could produce in hours.
