Why these show their working
The global warming potential of methane moved from 25 to 28 under 40 CFR 98 Table A-1 on 1 January 2025, and guidance quoting the old number is still in circulation. If a tool will not tell you which value it used, you cannot tell whether its answer matches what you have to file. So each one here names the rule, the value and the date it took effect.
